How often should I get my gas boiler serviced?
We recommend getting a gas boiler service once a year. Regular servicing keeps your boiler running efficiently, helps prevent breakdowns, and ensures it is operating safely.
What happens during a gas boiler service?
During a boiler service, we will check all the main components of your gas boiler, clean out any debris, test for gas leaks or carbon monoxide, and make sure everything is working as it should.
How do I know if I need a new gas boiler?
If your gas boiler is over 15-20 years old, constantly breaking down, or your energy bills are going through the roof — it might be time for a new gas boiler.
How long does it take to install a new gas boiler?
Most new gas boiler installations take about one to two days. It depends on the type of boiler and whether it is a straight swap or a full system upgrade.
What types of gas boilers do you install?

A standard gas cooker or gas hob installation usually takes 1–2 hours. We will arrive on time, carry out the work safely, and test everything.
Can you disconnect an old gas cooker or hob too?
Absolutely. We will safely disconnect your old gas cooker or hob, cap off the supply if needed, and remove it if you want us to.
What if my new gas cooker or hob is not the same size as my old one?
We will check your current setup and make sure everything lines up correctly. If some adjustments are needed, we will sort it.
Why is my boiler making strange noises?
Banging, whistling, or gurgling sounds could mean trapped air, limescale build-up, or low pressure. It is best to book a gas boiler service.
Can I book a boiler service even if it is not broken?
